On the THERMOSYPHON there will be a belt with the fan blades mounted on the dynamo/Altinator. The rad cap will be the normal for a pressurized system.

Hmm.. guess I'll need to do more digging. I'll have more time with her once she comes home. I'll make sure to get back here and verify one way or another when I find out or to ask more questions. The good thing is it comes with the owners manual so I'm guessing it might tell me what it is.

It sounds like the thermosyphon system works pretty well and one doesn't have to ever worry about a pump going out..

My 2011 B2320 apparently has a water pump (at least per Messicks and Coleman Equipments part dept), so I wouldn't have known without your explanation.

Dang, Ironmagz - looks like you used a time machine to go back 16 years and get that machine. I'm amazed at the condition it's in.

It is kind of like that.

I couldn't pass it up after I saw it, even though I was looking for another 8hp or so. He's even throwing in the front chains, some tools in the tool box and a 5 gallon yellow diesel container (that I was going to have to buy) half full of diesel. He no longer has a need for any of it.... I'm about to head that way now.

I took even more pics and will probably take more before it looks like it has a new owner

I'll post more later.

Only thing I would add is a ROPs if they don't have one for it - that way you will be safe working it!

Congratulations! That tractor is in SUPER nice shape from the pics. If it runs like it looks you guys both made a great deal. The owner for keeping it museum quality over the years, and you should have one sturdy long running workhorse
