And its back.
Thanks to all. Advice is taken.
I purchased my tractor from the closest dealer at the time of purchase. To my knowledge the dealer where the tractor is at now did not sell Kioti's when I bought my tractor. People are assuming a lot of things here and the story is complicated but I really am not the bad guy in this. I have spent over $85000.00 on Kioti's products and expect much better service than what I have gotten. I can assure you if the nay sayers were in my position they would be talking a different story.
The reason my post was removed is I mentioned the town not the name of the dealership. The mods removed it because I mentioned the name of the town and people could figure out who the dealer was. I apologize for the mistake is was not done intentionally.
I didn't know you weren't allowed to say the name of a dealer or any other business. Did a mod tell you this is why it was removed? The reason my post was removed is I mentioned the town not the name of the dealership. Exactly. There have been cases where a dealer or mfg has requested that a thread be removed, generally because it falsely paints them in a bad light or because there was more to the story.I think it really is a judgement call...
If someone gets too specific there can be ramifications... it can also cause problems for the site and person(s) posting.
If one poster singles out a specific dealer by name or location... it is too easy to forget we are only hearing one side of the story and each story has at least 3 sides...
As an arbitrator I know the above is true from first hand experience...

To the OP, I responded to your first thread. I had suggested contacting a different dealer, MIE. You said it was twice as far. I think that a phone call would be easier than taking a dealer (in a different state to boot) to court on a iffy issue. My so far successful goal has been to stay out of a court room, it is not worth my time, effort, and expense, unless there is absolutely no other alternative on a very expensive object. However, dealing with a foreign company with a NC HQ, a dealer in WI, and the owner in the UP of MI, when the selling dealer is in the LP of MI is not my idea of fun. I know you're mad, and rightly so, I'd be mad too, but slow down and consider your other options.
