Tilt cylinder stuck/won't extend

Try switching the lines to the curl cylinders. Does the symptoms switch and will stay extended?

Does the hydraulics strain like you are trying to lift to heavy of a load?

Did you try swapping hoses like capt pat suggested from curl to lift lower to see if curl will now operate?

how are you manually extending the cylinders?

Problem happened after reconnecting the loader. I am betting you got some hoses crossed up
