How much longer did that extender give you . The dealer said the other top link they can get it 24 to 32 inch that dont sound ok

The hydraulic top link I got from Brian( Fit Rite Hydraulics ) extends a couple inches more than the OEM that came with my tractor. It's been a real life saver. It allows me to "fine tune" implements to their max.

Yes, sorry you are correct. I'm ordering from these guys as soon as I get my tractor next week and confirm the short and long adjustment length on my top link. I like that they include the check valve so the cylinder doesn't creep down.

I use this cyl. 2x16x1.5 DA Hydraulic Cylinder Wolverine WWSB2016-S | Double Acting Hydraulic Cylinders | Hydraulic Cylinders | Hydraulics | www.surpluscenter.com.
It's on a kubota L4240 with cat 2 to cat 1 bushing. It has about 1/8" between the mounting bracket and the base end of the cyl. I think I had to grind a little on the balls and I tack welded the bushings in, The cyl does not leak down, but rear remote valve bleeds down real slow,
