TR3 Rake

I am looking at getting an LS XR3135 tractor and will have an indoor arena and a 2000' gravel driveway to maintain. I got a quote on the TR3 and man are they proud of them but I am willing to part with my hard earned money if they are actually worth it. I have read many threads here on the TR3 rake but they all seem to be 5+ years old. Does anyone have any more recent experience with the TR3 rake maintaining a driveway and arena?
