I love cub cadets, it will always be a cub cadet to me.
Todays $100.00 Wheelhorse project had a trashed mower deck but a great engine. Just sitting in a neighbors garage a couple years. I started putting taller tires on it and then decided to tweak it into a grader. I had a lot of fun hammering and welding on this project. Although it has a manual blade lift it is still fun to drive.

As I get older I am almost done building things so it has been fun sharing my last projects .
Todays make over started as a $100.00 Montgomery Wards , after a new fuse and new gas it fired right up after sitting several years in a old shed. We have a tractor similar to this still being used on the farm so I wanted to make one with a narrow front. It is one of my favorites.

Todays $100.00 makeover started as a Simplicity . I always wanted to build a hot rod tractor for my little grandson so I did it.

Todays repaint project is my first jd 110 , I just had to put taller tires on it . I also had to put a vertical exhaust stack on it . Once all the parts were sanded and painted I did some wiring work on it. To finish it off I built a mid mount belly blade. This is one of my favorites.

Todays second jd 110 repaint project was $250.00 . It came with a nice working mower deck and a very nice solid snowblower. The mower deck has to be worth $50.00 and the snowblower has to be worth $100.00 . So that means I kinda got the tractor for $100.00 , ha,ha.

Sounds like a fair price with all your work. You should list it on Antique Tractor Resource Page under photo ads. The antique tractor guys will love it.

Also consider selling it at an auction like Polks.

thanks , I took it off craigslist a few days after I posted it. It was sitting out back and the temps went from rain to below zero and now it won't run right . I think there is water in the fuel filter and it turned to ice. I ordered a new fuel filter and when it warms up I will change it and bleed the fuel lines. I would have felt so bad selling it if it didn't run perfect.
Todays pics show the third jd 110 round fender repaint project. I paid $350.00 for it because it had all the original parts and had no cracks in the hood. Also it was only a few miles from my house. This one will get the snowblower on it. These round fenders have so many memories for me from using them on the farm when I was young.

Five days after I placed the add for the jd 430 tractor I took it back off. Windchills below zero for the last two weeks I decided to wait for nicer weather ,:laughing:
Twenty two inches of new snow in the last 10 days and I have still not used the new jd 4x4 tractor. Each day I just plow my driveway with the walk behind plow . I'm in no hurry to get it dirty and salty.

Today I will clean off the mini 4x4 articulating tractor and push some snow around. Then I will park it in the shop in out of the weather . I won't work in the shop until it warms up .

Todays pics show the day the Waldon 5000 was delivered , within 10 days I had sanded it down and repainted it , larger tires and removed the old bucket and mounted a front blade . Then I converted the new front blade into a light duty snow bucket.

I thought the same thing about the tires but they actually do a excellent job . I think the overall width of the tires must be the key. I actually have chains for it but never needed them. The smooth tires work excellent .

My wife just downloaded 50 pics on you-tube of my tallest project . The Silver Spade model stood over 10 feet tall . Also several pics of the Silver Spade being cut up for scrap.
