That particular aspect of the project is fine with me!We do have street side trash pick-up now that they closed the dump, but we pay through the nose for it. I'd LOVE to go back to a dump if it would save me money.

Well we have changed the name from Dump to Transfer Station and Recycling Center (which is all volunteer at this time) and they do let us pick through the stuff that has been set aside that might be of interest to someone. One person痴 junk another person痴 gold! I have made a pack with the wife that I will never bring home more than I take.
I too miss the old dump, it was always a good place to just meet and talk to old buddies, rumage through stuff and there was always one heck of a fire there once or twice a year. Now it has a regular road into it, building to hold the recycable items, compactors, **** reall modern place.
Thanks Brother Wayne. Keep the border open long enough for one last "economic refugee" from Taxachusetts to make his escape!![]()

You just pack that truck up and drive north. Actually, I wish we could go further north like into the great woods, but it isn't in the cards for us. I guess I shouldn't complain as we live in a town of less than 2,500 people, and just a few years ago got a our own zip code. I personally think that was the turning point for our little out of the way town!
