Tyler, if you decide to check the compression, you can get a diesel compression test kit at Harbor Freight for $25-$30. They're plenty good for what you're needing. I'd test in the glow plug hole, since you said you had them removed.
I don't really think you have a lack of compression problem. Most engines don't just instantly quit starting because of lack of compression. It's usually wear that take place over a long period of time. It's very possible your engine is just not turning over fast enough to fire off. You've mentioned you have a good battery and jumped it and it doesn't make much difference. Maybe your starter is dragging, taking too much juice, and just not doing it's job. If you think that sounds correct, the slow turning over, you can remove the starter and take it to a shop that rebuild starters and just have them test it. If necessary they could rebuild it at much less cost then usually.
Not being critical (just trying to help) when you communicate in writing use punctuation, like periods and commas. It just help when reading to separate the various thoughts. It will probably get more folks giving you ideas also.
