Looks like the trailer just has a walking beam suspension, so it shouldn't really sag sideways from gravity is my guess. The tractor of course has a tripod setup with the unsprung swivel axle in front so it may be less stable on a side-slope than the trailer?
Not sure what you are trying to say. The problem we are talking about is keeping a narrow vehicle, tractor or trailer, with a high center of gravity from tipping over sideways when run on side slope.
