Hello Jack.....I remember you from all your posts and the huge amount of problems you have had with the Boomer 3050. Mine worked well and I feel bad that you have had so many problems.
The T4.75 I bought does have a third function for the front and two rear remotes, also a nifty handle at the rear of the tractor where the lift arms can be raised and lowered when attaching a implement. In other words one can raise or lower the arms while standing outside the tractor.
I have attached and tried both my regular forks and my hydraulic grapple/fork which weighs in at 650 pounds empty and both are a breeze to use. I have not had any opportunity to try the forks out with any substantial weight yet.
For moderate weather the T4.75 can be opened up for fresh air by way of the roof, two side windows and the rear glass. 2 air filters for outside air and two filters inside for recirculated air when using the AC.
All in all this is a great tractor but is physically substantually larger than the 3050 so not as maneuverable in tight spaces like in a barn and since the FEL frame is much larger than the one on the 3050 it is a bit trickier seeing the quick attatchment plates at the front when driving up to a implement.
PS- Came with 400 pounds of bolt on rear wheel weights. With the FEL I do not need front weights.

It does look sharp. Is that a 5 ton trailer you have it on it seems to carry it well.

I was wondering if you have used it on any turf or grass yet and how bad if at all the Ag tires dig up the grass? I would appreciate that if you get a chance sometime if you could check how high you can lift a pallet and how much pallet weight it will lift safely. We've been considering trading for one also and I know what the brochures say but.. I need to be able to unload pallets of pellets off flat bed trailers. The lifts are around 2700 lbs and the flat bed trailer is about 5 feet off the ground. We also store implements on pallets on pallet racks the highest rack is 10 feet up so the bottom of a pallet needs to be a little higher than 10' when lifted. No rush we are just in the early discussion stage and the boss is kind of cranky I even suggested it. She would rather do the kitchen over.

Had to trade in the old trailer on higher rated unit. The trailer in the picture is rated with a gross weight of 14,000 pounds.....Two 7,000 pound axles.

Jack, I'll measure the lift height tomorrow with forks/pallet on the front. At this time I do not have anything that weighs 2700 pounds to try and lift so I may not be of any help on that subject. I would imagine any dealership selling this size tractor would demonstrate at their location the lifting capacity of their product.
I assume a tractor this size on Any type of soft soil with Ag tires might be a problem.

When I was looking pretty hard at these loaders, I put together a couple different conflicting figures on lift capacity, however, it seems that the self leveling loader has considerably more lift capacity than the standard loader.

I posted some specifics in this thread: There is a considerable difference in the two loaders...

I went out and measured the forks at their bottom lifted as high as the loader would allow and to the bottom edge of the forks was exactly 10 feet. Unfortunately if your wooden pallets hang down any at all under the forks a ten foot rack/shelf would be a couple of inches too high. :(

Thanks for the info Utopia. It wouldn't leave much room for tire wear either. What size tires do you have on the front? I wonder if there's an option to get a different tire size front and back to make it higher.
