Just started a few days ago as you can. First thing is disconnect the propane from tank. Take the windows out before demoing then when that's done start siding. Now here's the question what is the best way to take the roof down?

Turn off power at street, break light bulb glass, hook up propane tank, open valve, turn on power...

I demolished a mobile home once. Half of it was burned in a fire. The rest I pushed on the walls with the loader until it fell over. Once it was down we cut it in small enough pieces with a chain saw and loaded it into dumpsters. There was a burning ban so we had to haul it away.

I have a few on my tractor so that a possibility. I was thing of cutting some holes and put a strap thru a pull with my 2500 this way the shingles would be on the outside

If you are taking it apart by hand start with the roof and then do the walls. Roof won't fall down if the walls are intact.

If you do it that way, make sure it's dark. I want to go outside here in CA and watch. :)

So much fun swinging a sledge to break down walls.

I would take the siding and sheathing off the front first and then both sides. Then push it over from the backside. Taking the roof off is much easier and safer with it safely on the ground.

I have a few more wall to take care of then I'll go back to the siding clean up and pull over at lest that's the plan.

A little update:

All this I have done myself no help yet. I unhook the main line into the propane tank so now there won't be any fireworks!. Next is taking the windows out without breaking them and clean up in and outside and cut up the down trees.

Another update the one with the tracks I use my tractor to pull half way then I took the tin out of the furnace piping put strap thru attach to my little ranger put in 4x4 and go! It even surprised me what I was able to do with the ranger since the 2500 was hooked up to the trailer.
