Right on flow, it doesn't matter how fast it closes. Lift capacity is the main thing. Try removing the bucket and use a chain on some 3" trees and see what it will do.This is a very cool tool, but I assume there is not much chance that my little Kubota L3940 with skid steer QC and third function for a grapple could begin to utilize this attachment.
What do you think?
I don't think flow is an issue but limited lift capacity of the loader seems to be the biggest limitation.
If you have a set of forks, these might work, cedar trees don't have a big tap root, so they pull fairly easy.I have two 20 acre pastures that are full OA these little bast{}ds
They are too small to push over because the trucks bend and the tree shear leaves the stumps behind so I won't be able to disk for a couple years.
That is why this thing looks like the perfect tool if it would work on my kubota. Guess I could rent a skid steer for a few weeks
