Tried installing a new BXpanded brush guard...Mounts in seconds no way. Anyone else ?

I bought a BXpanded brush guard for my BX22, BXP also states it fits BX-1500, 1800, 1830, 2200, X23. I set up correctly but per instructions, well it doesn't even come close to fitting. Pamplet states it "mounts in seconds". I double checked my order/invoice, I have the correct model KBXUA3.

I installed the BXP 2 hanger bolts that the brush guard front arms rest on. When I tried to fit the rear quick attachments tabs that fix to the mower deck quick disconnect I found the two rear holes on the BxPed were 1/1/2 to 2" too long making it impossible to mount without a lot of cutting and fabricating. I'm certain the front bolts are installed correctly.

I have their Under Armor on my BX2360 and it fits OK.

Can you post some photos of the problem?

Your BX2360 calls for a different UA model #. I posted the BX models my UA fit in my first post. Have pictures will post soon.

It's news to me that they make one for the older models at all. Far as I know, anything older than the 60 series you had to go with Bro-Tek.

It's been about 5 years since I put mine on, but I think I had to install it with the deck lift arms lowered, then raise it and keep it up. I don't have a mid-mount mower, so it was a one-time installation.

I know you said your invoice shows the correct model, however that doesn't necessarily mean you actually have the correct part.
I would recommend you contact BXpanded & check measurements against what you have as to what the model KBXUA3 should be.
My under armor is for a BX24 & fits perfectly & takes only a few minutes to install or remove.
