See my continuing saga under “CK30HST under-hood relay”... Dutchy 😬

Update…. Even after a new ignition switch my CK30HST wouldn’t always crank, especially in the colder temperatures. I replaced both relays located on the firewall, and I’ve had reliable starts each and every time, all winter long. Cheap (Chinese?) relays from Amazon, $30 for 10.

Blue is the OEM relay.

Thanks for posting this. My CK3010 only has one of the blue relays, so I replaced it with the Bosch one shown on the other thread. Only been a day so far but it has started each time. The Bosch one has the mounting hole on the other side, but there is enough free play in the wiring to twist around and mount it that way. Hopefully this all keeps working. All the other fixes didn't end up working in the end.

Awesome, hopefully it’s a permanent fix for you too. I had to turn the replacement relay as well. 👍

guys not trashing the fix at all, but omron is like the gold standard in relays and switches. just saying they weren't using bad parts.

After a week, it still works. So I'm hopeful thats the end of a saga thats been going for over a year with my tractor. Its all good now Bosch 0332209150 is the part that fixed it.
