Update-Second time around with Keyed Ignition Switch issue on my CK30

Update…. Even after a new ignition switch my CK30HST wouldn’t always crank, especially in the colder temperatures. I replaced both relays located on the firewall, and I’ve had reliable starts each and every time, all winter long. Cheap (Chinese?) relays from Amazon, $30 for 10.

Polaris had problems like this on their Rangers and RZRs not starting when the temp ranged down to 35 F and lower. The problem was the grease in the relays would stiffen up in the cold and not allow the relay to work correctly.
