Generally speaking Ebay is still a seller's market. I can't believe the prices I see some of the stuff going for. I'm looking for a set of wheels to mount snows for the wife's new car. A set of 4 went for $135 + $120 shipping! Cheaper to buy them new!

Occasionally you get lucky (Picked up a service manual for my TC18 for $24.99 + $6 shipping).

I doubt if you ever tear up a standard duty 5' blade on your property. I have one I used on my TC18 that I got at TSC for about $150. Sure, the fit and quality is not great, but I move dirt and snow.......I don't care. I have one local to me that has a 5' with offset and angle (no tilt) for under $200. Another dealer that has Midwest for $200 angle only.
BTW you can use a 5' box blade as well.......I do /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Just gotta watch what you do with it and how much you fill it.

Yes. However, we have to dig postholes in extremely rocky ground. I could not penetrate more than 1 1/2" with a core aerator and 400# ballast tanks filled with water two weeks ago. Am waiting for a bunch of rain so we can aerate in the rain. My KS land is reclaimed mined land, and when we built two porches and one deck there we could not dig down further than 12" with a two man rental digger and auger. Returned the rental, got refund and did the rest by hand. Figure I will get my money's worth out of the 5 yr warranty if something goes wrong and that is my primary reason for purchasing Land Pride new. May be digging holes around 5 Dec, so will provide update then.

Could you post a picture of the Vassar PHD and give us a little information on how you like it....... It might even be worth starting a new thread in the Kubota Owning/Operation Forum. Lots of us BX types here and we all crave information....lots of it......... thanks

Will try to take some pics over T Day vacation. I've dug about six holes in the backyard (just practicing) and it seems to punch into our hard clay pretty well. I have the 9" auger.

I got mine as part of a package from my dealer and paid $600.

To me it appears to be medium duty.
