TBN has quite a variety of different utv owners.
I am sure most of you have noticed the limited videos available to view on each different utv in action.

I would like to ask each utv owner to post a video of your utv in action.
The more challenging the better.
This isn't about proving which utv is better.
It's about showing how your utv excels for your particular use..

If anyone needs help posting a video. Let me know.

Who will be 1st?? :)

This is a great idea. I hope to be able to film the UTV's I demo dealing with the same type of tasks but I do not have any rock piles to climb so I won't be able to get rock crawling video here on our flat ground. I really am looking forward to spring and being able to finally demo these things. I would also enjoy seeing other people using their machines so I have an idea what to expect from the different machines.

One thing I would like to add is this. If you could would you take some good pics or film the seat and dash setup and any storage areas (underhood and such). So many of these online sites don't show the actual part of the machine you will really be using. They put little pictures up that are hard to see but they like to show the dump box off as if that is something unique to just their machine:rolleyes:

Ok I'll post up some old videos I got. Some of you have already seen them (you know who you are) but they're worth posting IMO.

Gatorslideshow-1.flv - Video - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

This is a collection of all of my photos of my HPX. At the beginning it doesn't even have any acessories on it because my dealer took awhile to get them in but you can see later on all of the extras that are on it.

Gator rough - Putfile.com

This is a couple of short clips I took while driving my gator, I was planning on making a nice movie but got lazy and just threw all the rough footage together. It's just the trails I drive on every day (sometimes two or three times a day) and I never even leave 2wd. Sorry if it's a bit jerky, it's a wee bit hard to concentrate on the camera when you're used to devoting your attention to flying through the woods at 25mph. You can see I even fell over about 3/4 the way through. It's to bad I never take movies when I go off the main path (or when I made the paths a few years back) those are always the interesting times since you never know what lies ahead.

If you need a picture of any location on the XUV (620i) or the 660 Rhino please let me know.

Any task you would like to see the XUV or Rhino attempt?

Not off hand as they were not machines I was planning on demoing in this spring. But I am sure other people would love to see good pictures of the operatiors stations on these machines. A couple things I try to see in the pictures of machines I am interested in is how much storage space there is, where it is and how much room is in the seating area.

I figure you are going to spend the majority of your time in the seat of the UTV so why don't these companys highlight this area more? Bobcats site is pathetic for the dash, you can see it but not very well. Husqvarna gave a nice clear shot of the entire dash showing the glove box and the little cubby hole as well as cup holders, steering wheel adjustment and the open floor space so knees don't hit anything.

Thanks for offering to take the pictures though.

No problem at all.
Frustrates me to see post of what a certain utv can do. Then no footage.
Video's answer many questions, our typed explanations only create more questions.
I believe in KISS. (keep it simple stupid)

I already have been given the go ahead to demo the Rangers from Zahm and Matsen out of Falconer. They were going to bring them out the fall till I was injured. I wanted to compare the 6x6 and 4x4 Rangers head to head.

I do hope to get some video of them and if lucky I can get some video of them in action so I can post them.

I've always been willing to post videos of my machines in action. I'm proud of what my vehicles will do..
Why wouldn't anyone post a video?
Some spend hours debating what their particular machine can do yet they can't take a 5 minute video.

Come on promote your machine. Don't be shy....

I can't speak for everyone but some people don't have a way to get a digital video yet and those that do may not have taken video or don't have someone to take video. Then there are the ones who think it is a lot of work to post videos.

I know I have been able to take digital videos since 2000 (give or take a few months), but if I am taking pictures it usually means the equipment is idle. I was lucky the one day we had the camera when my dad came over to releive me while baling so I took a short video of him baling hay. That was 2.5 years ago and I just posted it online this last week as I was curious as to how hard it would be. YouTube makes video loading very easy but if you have dialup it may take a while to upload video clips of any length.

I understand about the dial up.
Nowadays almost everyone has a video camera of some type.
Especially if they have children.
Most digital cameras have a video mode.

My cell phone even takes video's. :p

I agree with you but a lot of people who post on here are older gents who will admit they are still learning about computers. I know a lot of people who are just now finally buying digital cameras since the price is coming down on the point and shoots. In time I think you will see more videos of just about anything and everything.

My cell phone takes videos also but it is limited to only 15 second clips:( So anytime I want a good digital video I just use my digital camera.

I will gladly help anyone that needs assistance.
People were making video's long before computers were introduced.
Unless they live in a cave, most people are able to produce a video.
If they can post a pic, they can post a video.

Maybe the other owners aren't as proud of their machine as I am..

I can type until my fingers are numb as to what my machine can do.
Or I can post a 5 minute video.
Which is more believable? The video or the written post??

When I believe in something I stand by it 100%. If I have doubts, I keep my trap shut...

are you trying to pull someone out in perticular. you keep repeating the same thing over and over about posting video pistureand stuff ??? whats up like robert said somepeople just don't have the means to get video . i have a video cam and a regular cam but i'm the only one there to take the picture or opertate it. so give it a break when they can get thier videos in they will. your starting to get rude about all this videos stuff.
