Yeah I gotcha and I agree... but when you were 19 years old did you behave / ride in the same exact way? Like only driving fast when on a track or in a controlled environment?

I don't know about him but when I was 19 I was one of the best drivers on the road and could handle my vehicle under any condition, at speed. The only problem was all of those pesky other motorists who only THOUGHT they were as good at driving as I was.

I was in that same boat, living and learning, sometimes the hard way... sometimes I just got lucky.
