As I see it you have a few different choices. You can continue to fool with it until you get it right. You can pull it off, take it to a shop and pay someone to fix it. You can give up on it, pull it off, and replace it with another valve. It doesn't have to be another identical unit. Many many options out there for the price of a professional repair.
As far as I know the M100 is an open center system and most any 20 GPM two spool valve should work.
