This is what you need for less money.

12 VDC 1 GPM OC DA SOLENOID VALVE

1 STATION DO3 SUBPLATE OPEN CENTER

Thanks J_J. I think I can put everything together for alot cheaper than buying a kit. I can get everything I need at Norther Tool used to be Northern Hydraulic. I had looked at the valves but did not realize they required the D03 subplate. Now I understand how it works it's a simple set up from there.

That's cool. I have been in SC my whole life and finally bought 20 acers in Travelers Rest, SC. I do alot of metal work so I made a root rake and now I am turning it into a grapple. I have been to Dillon a few times and my aunt lived in Clinton for years. Thanks for the information.

Woods 1008

WR Long makes a diverter valve kit for the 1008. It is shown at the bottom of this page: Valve Kits

I installed one (WR Long) on my L3400... It fit perfectly, from plumbing to electrical to the mounting of the valve itself... felt like it was made for my tractor, and was $400 less than the Kubota kit.

Not trying to be sarcastic... my point is that the WR Long kit is excellent. WR Long is great to deal with also... any questions and Nelson Long is only a phone call away. You will have no problem speaking to him directly, and he enjoys talking you through the solution to any questions you may have.

I purchased a WR long kit with my Kioti tractor from the dealer who also installed it. Great kit. Also ended up having to deal with Nelson Long due to intermittent problems. He and my dealer (100 miles away) did a lot of telephone troubleshooting with me, had me replace wiring connectors, etc. to no avail and were going to start sending major parts for me to replace. When at the last moment, one of them thought: "Hey, we have not checked the hydraulic QD couplers". They said that in a rare condition a coupler can appear to be connected and operational but may not have made a solid internal connection. So they had me disconnect all of the couplers to the FEL 3rd function remotes and reconnect. Shazam- all functions started working reliably. I was impressed with the commitment of my dealer and WR Long Co.
