Wagon Recommendations?

The wife wants some sort of wagon to haul stuff around with... Either that or haul my corpse the the hole in the ground she is currently digging....

This all said, I don't have the time /skillset to make a wagon at this point so I saw two that were of interest

Shipping with Gemplers is $25 (and the cheapest wagon). Country ATV is $315.

Any other suggestions or comments? It will need to attach to the Powertrac (standard ATV attachment) or the Rhino whenever my wallet comes back to normal form.

TSC has a large wagon that is only $207 here in TN. It has four pneumatice tires and it will hook up to an ATV or tractor drawbar. It does not have a solid bottom or sides, but plastic/plywood could take care of that if you were hauling dirt. I am about to buy it mainly to haul wood and brush as I clear an area near my house. I haven't found it on TSC's website, so you would have to have a TSC nearby to look at it.

That one from country ATV is a nice one. But you do pay for it. I have found with my loader that I have not had much of a reason to get a wagon. Maybe some day when I make the big bucks I will get one to have around.

I have the country mfg 2 ton dump trailer for use with my TC18. We reaped a world of hurt on it when removing our pool (hauled concrete chunks to the dumpster), but it has held up well. The hydraulic dump is the bomb! I've used the tilt dump trailers behind a lawn tractor - almost a waste of time, you usually have to help them unload. Perhaps not an issue if you don't plan to haul bulk material...

Thanks for the pix and links. One question, I guess you did not buy their lift system and made your own that worked off your remotes? Any thoughts on their lift system ( my remotes are on the front of my tractor so it would be a long and stupid hosesituation).

Their dumping mechanism is very manual - imagine pumping a bottle jack everytime you want to dump the unit. I'd go with the "long & stupid" hose configuration before the manual setup. The 8500/8300 models are set up to use a "standard" 24" ag cylinder. I used 3.5" diameter, others have used a 3" or 4" with success. If your powertrac has <2,000psi you'll probably want a bigger cylinder 3.5 or 4".

I don't have any pics dumping, but Country MFG does on their website 8500 model. You could also try a search for dump trailer or dump wagon or country mfg manufacturing here on tbn - a few others have the same unit. Works as advertised - everything dumps out, although, the hinge is set back from the rear a bit, so the back end of the trailer isn't that far off the ground when dumping. Makes for low piles when dumped. Easy to fix with the FEL

Lastly - the capacity on the 8500 model is 4,000#, the 7500 model is only 2,500#. I think the 8500 model would be a better match to your power trac 1850. If your primary tow vehicle is an ATV, then the 7500 model. My 18HP 1,600# (base) tractor notices when the trailer is full.
