waiting out the storm (virus)

3yr old grandson's birthday party yesterday was done with Google Hangouts. Went pretty well.. last Thursday, kindergarten class had a virtual meeting using Zoom.. neither impressed me as I have used Skype online meetings for a number of years and for the most part it works very well.

Heading out for a 2.5 mile with up and down walking in the Oakland hills... not bad for 86.

Last walk wasn't expecting to come across a bear in a tree... I need to get out more often and it is tick season... ;-(

Before I forget... Victoria BC is one of the most beautiful places we have visited... and hope to return soon!

Mom's sister ordered a Honey Baked Ham delivered to us for Easter... it was most thoughtful as she is thousands of miles away.

It arrived wet with standing water in the secondary packing bag... the cold packs had thawed.

Never having order meat via UPS before... is there anything to be concerned about?

The whole point of ham is that traditionally, its embalmed to store safely at room temperature. No problem.

We have Free Will to believe in God or not and to accept Christ as Savior or not. These Fools that are defying the Stay-at-Home protocols by going to Church Services endanger themselves and everyone else there. Not sure God will spare the Stupid.

My words exactly this very morning to wifey... :thumbsup: No need to leave home to spend time with our Savior.
