Our 4310 only has 27 hp at the pto I believe and we haven't had any problems with starting it, start it at low rpms anyways and then work it up, I don't think you will have a problem, just my 2 cents

No problem with the B3030 @ 23 pto hp... usually start at low rpm and then bring it up to speed.

I believe my Kioti is 24.5 PTO HP. The rotor in the 62 weighs 170#. I hope the tractor does not stall when engaging the PTO.?

To engage the PTO, have the engine at 2-300 rpm over idle. Put in the clutch, engage the PTO switch, feather out the clutch then rev up to PTO speed.
