Does the tungsten tip stay sharp with DC? What tungsten did you use? Might want to try this.Is the Miller 200 limited to DC only? If so you could always pick up a bottle of helium, to weld aluminum. This is the results I got with my import DC only import SMAW welders. No foot pedal, which really makes life easy when Tig welding aluminum!

I've got to the point where all I use is 2% ceriated tungsten. And yes it stays sharp all the time.
Ditto. That is going to be miserable to run with the exhaust coming out of the holes.

I've done the same with2% lanthenated. Been meaning to try ceriated.
