Im going to build a welding trailor to pull around the place and need some ideas on extra stuff I may need on it. any do's and dont's would help. jb

Try asking in one of the welding projects forums. I know others over there have built welding trailers. A little searching will give you all the information you want.

I started to design a trailer. Here are a few ideas:
My plans had a roll off table That rolled over the welder when not in use. This provided an additional cover to keep rain off. The welder controls could be accessed with the table on the trailer.
The trailer also had a long slim table over eash side covering the fenders. One side was set up to hold a chop saw and with rollers at the same heigth as the saw vise. It also had a small air compressor and an air tank mounted at the hitch tongue.
The welder I wanted was a Miller Bobcat so it would have plenty of power.
