What does a 26 x 12.0 12 R4 tire mounted to the wheel and filled with Rimguard weigh?

According to the rim guard chart, adds 89 lbs

Used the tractor to unload a new 72in. mower off the truck and then to lift it out of the steel / wood shipping crate

tire - 33#, Rim, maybe 25 - 30#, Rimgaurd - 89# so, around 150# (Google could be your friend too)

OK, I was figuring higher. I'm trying to figure out how to handle one if I have to take it off the tractor and get it on a trailer to go to a tire shop for any reason. Under 200, I have tools to handle. Over that would be different. Still thinking about one of the HF shop cranes or maybe the wheeled car dollies. Not sure how easily the shop cranes move when loaded.

By shop crane, you mean like an engine hoist? Not bad, as long as you're on smooth concrete.
If you are talking about the gantry, I have no experience with them.

Moved my 20’ flatbed around a bunch using my newly installed Farmhand Quick Hitch and a hitch installed in one of the receiver mounts-man it is soooo nice to be able to pick up and drop the trailer without ever leaving the cab!!!! I could get used to this!! Now, if only my pickup were equipped to do the same thing!!

According to the RimGuard chart, my 17.5-24 size tires holds 55 gal of juice at 589lbs per tire. That does not count the weight of the tire or wheel. I am able to take the tires off and push them around fairly easily so long as they stay upright. I did drop one by accident wheeling it around the shop. Took a pry bar, 3 guys, a floor jack, some grunting and complaining before we got it back up on the tread. Then we realized we have a fork lift near by. :confused3:

Taking off a tire, loading it onto a trailer or pickup, unloading it at a tire shop? Probably not gonna happen. I think if I need tire service, I will have to call the tire shop to come out and do the repair. More $$, but I'm not dealing with that BS.

I went and extended our basement sump pump line with some corrugated pipe, smoothed it all over nice and not thinking the tractor would sink that much and went done and crushed that newly installed pipe. Gotta love doing things twice, at least I'm only out 8$ for the pipe and little diesel fuel. :mur:

On a side note I was driving over it to stay off the wet lawn to not put ruts in the yard now I have to re-do it.
