What did you do to or on your Mahindra today?

used my pallet forks as a golf cart lift to work on the undercarriage, so nice not to have to lay on my back to do all the work. batteries are out, have to rebuild the battery trays.used a piece of angle iron on the tractor cylinder as a safety in case hydraulic lines fail, and a 4x4 under the cart.

We have great next door neighbors (all 5 acre lots here), he is retired Marine dealing with lung cancer. He can no longer do any outdoor work. Their field was just starting to get a little tall, but low enough for finish mowers to handle it, my wife got on the Hustler and I hooked up my recently acquired 5' King Kutter finish mower to the Mahindra (popular opinion favors 4' for my tractor, but I found this one used in good condition) and we went to work. The fescue is fairly thick in places, but slowing my ground speed allowed it to work quite well. An excellent little Spring workout for the little tractor.
Had to start the air compressor afterwards to blow all the chaff out of the grille and radiator.

Pop'd another stump out with my 5035.... Had to be careful because my underground telephone/DSL ran right beside it ' somewhere ' ... Sure is tough having to stay home and play. Have another penciled in for tomali, if I find the time.....

Scored a new tooth bar that apparently had been kicking around a local store for some time. Was calling around price checking, hearing $400-500, but they told me if I could pick this one up ASAP it was $125 cash. I didnt ask questions.

Exactly! I hung up and grabbed the car keys. My truck is in the shop for a trans rebuild, so I spent about 20 mins trying to wrestle that bar first into the backseat, then the front with the seat laid down, before finally leaving it stick out of the trunk of my girlfriends car lol One way or another it was going in there.
Not sure why it was priced how it was, but thats none of my business anyway. Havent gotten to try it out yet, but I imagine it should help digging from what I've been reading.

Drop'd a big Chugar Maple this morning with my 5035 doing carting of the chains/cables/come alongs/etc duty, now have it forking the top brush back to my burn pile way back in the woods....
