I added a 12v auxiliary heater to my GC2400. The left side of the cab is very nice, but I can not seal up the drafts apparently in the right side rear.
I just surface ran the wiring, if it helps enough at some point I will hide the wiring. Pretty good deal they are $140 on Amazon, picked up in town for $40.
Puts out far better than the little cig lighter princess auto unit I tried first.

Another 50+ foot Ash tree started falling. GC1720 + chainsaw and finished it falling and cut up. Tractor is great for holding up the tree for cutting and hauling the wood away to be split.

Installed a new battery in my GC2410 after the original battery served for 10 years! It got cold and using the block heater was no longer enough to get it to start.

About time really. That original "Delkor" battery (Group 51, not 51R BTW..) served with honor, and here's hoping for another 10 trouble-free years.

Took awhile to get it going at -20C. Can't use the tach, throttle frozen in position, foot pedals don't move freely, all due to the cold. Then a warning light came on. The light to the right and beside the oil warning. Crankcase icon with the outline of an arrow pointing to the right. This does not come on when turning the key before starting, no description of it either in the operator's manual or the factory service manual. Service dept. at the dealer doesn't know and needs to call the factory. Meanwhile the light went out and I parked in the heated garage to thaw everything out.

I’m really peeved that I did not buy a 2360 with my first machine...it is F’in amazing.

I do about a mile of paved driveway with a considerable hill. Did it all last night in about an hour. Would have been 2 with the rear blower and bucket.

Anyone considering front or rear blower, front all day!

Agreed! This is my first true SCUT (had a Bolens HT-20 w/front-mount blower..) and there was no question about what was needed. That front-mount comes at a real $$ premium, but if you can manage the cost, it's worth it, in my opinion, anyway. I just got mine in November, and with around 4 feet of new snow over the past couple of weeks, I love it!

I also procured, at considerable cost, a 1754, HST, cab and front mount blower. If I die blowing snow, they値l have to delay the funeral until spring, so the undertaker can work the grin off my face.

I bought my GC back in 2011 at a local fair after comparing it to the bx at another booth. No comparison imo.

I went home and went on the MF website to print out more info when I saw the offer for a free mm mower or the 2360. I called the dealer on Monday am and they said "sure, we can give you that". Would they have told me eventually? I doubt it. I've worked the heck out of it and other than the usual maintenance when you try to snowblow rocks, :D it has been outstanding.

So mine was FREE!
