Well, I was out leveling off the gravel road with my rear blade and I see my 2360 blower hanging off. I guess the bouncing of the rough snow and road finally got to these tabs. I'll try to find someone to weld but any other ideas?
Luckily I had some tow chains on me to hold up to prevent further damage. I ran the blower and now I hear a clanging. Ugh, the shaft in the QC likely bent.

I would reinforce that plate with another 3/8 plate after you re-weld it. Easy to do, needs to be cleaned from paint and joints need to be ground for best weld penetration.
I would just take it as a challenge and use the opportunity to make it better than it was.
So I took KC's good advice and just added a bolt that would get me through til spring.
