What's worse are the pre-and post-game shows. Dunno about other teams, but the New England Patriots network has a 3 hour pregame show, and a 3 hour postgame show, either one of which is longer than the actual game!I feel the same way. The time was when radio broadcasts of sports were relegated to AM stations but that's changed; nearly every night the local FM station has a Red Sox game on. Not only do I not care about sports; I especially don't care to listen to a game when it's almost a given they are going to lose, as was the case last year. During football season several of the stations I prefer are covering that... I'd rather listen to a golf game or ping pong tournament.
Like you, I have zero interest in sports, but you'd think that 6 hours of jabber would be more than even the most diehard fan could take.
