I thought everyone knew it was a doughnut holer. How else do you think they get the holes in doughnuts? This tool only does them one at a time and is for home use but they have bigger and fancier models that are automated that will do many doughnuts at once for places like Krispy Kreme and Dunkin Doughnuts.
