What is your most used implement?

so many tools - so little time

#1 Bush hog (JD 4120), #2 mounted cultivators (full time on Farmall Cub May-August), #3 3-point carryall (Ford 8n), #4 Front Loader (JD 4120). Those implements pretty much stay on those tractors most of the time except in winter when the JD gets a rear blade and the Farmall gets a front blade. It is real nice having a seperate tractor for each heavily used implement.

FEL of course but that is cheating IMO. I use forks far more than the bucket or other FEL attachments.

On the rear a counterweight is most used on the M7040. But that may be cheating as well. Some may not consider it an implement.

With the BX2200 it is the trailer hitch.

With the L48 it is the backhoe (duh).

Wow, this thread sure got busy. So far it sounds like the FEL makes the top of the list. :thumbsup: Makes me wish I had one.

1. Front end loader with standard 5' bucket.

2. Snowblower (lots of snow last winter).

3. Everything else is close to a tie. 3 point bale spear in winter, haying equipment in summer. Box blade in the spring.

4. Hopefully next year tiller will move into number 2. Still saving up and researching that one.
