what size trailer?

what would be a good size flatbed for a l3830 kubota?

What are you going to pull it with?
When I built mine, I have a 5300 JD 50 hp, I built it 18 ft and as wide as the bed on my 1ton. I had built some earlier 8ft wide, but when backing, being that the trailer was wider than the truck it seemed overkill and unhandy. Also when going through narrow gates etc. had to be cautious. This one is 7'6" and I like it much better. If I build onother one though I will make it 20' long. It will be better to load onto and with the brush hog on it won't hang over so far.
I installed two axles at first, but had my small dozer on and lost a wheel so went to three. For just the tractor two would be enough. Mine tilts up to load and is very easy to fabricate this way. Is nice not to have to pack around ramps and such.

The trailer I plan on getting with my 3710 is 20' to 22' with duel 7K axles with brakes on each axle. I want to make sure I have room from the tractor, FEL and my largest impliment. I would plan on 10,000lbs trailer at the least. Once you truly add up the tractor, weighted tires, FEL, Impliments you will see what I am talking about.

lets see some pictures of your tralier and tractor. How do you tiedown to the trailer? straps, chains.
Some of the new guys mite like the advice from a guy that trailers his tractor alot.

What part of western WA are you from. I live in Buckley, WA.

Is that the overall width or the deck width? Is your trailer a deckover?

My trailer is 7'6" wide by 18'long. It is a flatbed, and that is the total width including tires. An extra 2' would be nice, but it works out ok for me. It handles the tractor, 350C dozer and the Kubota excavator without any problems.
I live in Montesano. It is down by Aberdeen if you are not familiar with the area.
