what the heck is wrong with the site

same 1 I've been using windows explorer 8.. At the top of the page with the tractor tire tread marks has started to cover 1/2 of the page when I open up a topic .It also has been slow to load.. sometimes giving me an error stating tractorbynet isn't responding.. Do I want to recover the web page

earlier today IE reported there was a script not responding causing the page to run slow.. after canceling the script it seemes fine.
