I'd skip the dozer and find someone with a skidder. They're built for the conditions SMM has and it will come with 200+yards of cable. Around here the skidder's the retrieval vehicle of choice. I've seen guys use a skidder to retrieve stuck dozers, D4's and D6's. An articulated skidder is much more manuverable than a dozer.
