Whats It For?

Trying to figure out what they are going to put here.
Its located on a triangle of land where the old road intersects the new road.
They have built up a gravel pad and now the conduits have been stubbed up.
Any ideas.

The gravel pad was put in a month or so ago. The amount of conduit is what made me curious.

I don’t think its going to be a cell tower,unless they’ve been pouring a lot of concrete for the base.
