Do you have cable internet in your area? Looks similar to what the cable company put in around the corner from me, but hard to tell with just the conduit sticking up our of the ground.

But it seems weird that they would put it somewhere that it could be hit from two or maybe three directions.

Trying to figure out what they are going to put here.
Its located on a triangle of land where the old road intersects the new road.
They have built up a gravel pad and now the conduits have been stubbed up.
Any ideas.

There is cable through the area. Ma Bell has been trying to get rid of all land line services in our area. No footers just gravel. Havent seen anyone working there. If I do I have no qualms about askin

I’m not saying what it is but it sounds like it will be a tower or billboard of some sort if its not just a junction box base. We build a base pad for billboards or towers every now and then. Most all of them only want an access road and a pad thick enough to support the cranes and cement trucks. Then they come and put in the actual anchor points which are dug remarkably deep, jam packed with rebar, and then filled with cement.

edit; Now that I think about it. Wiring comes last so I may be way way off. Probably a junction box. They may put a roof over it considering the size of pad.

They were dumping more rock there today and storage units is the intended purpose.
I aint sure if the conduit is off the right of way.
Secretly I was hoping it was something for Starlink. A man can dream.

Around here, you can't swing a dead cat with hitting a Dollar General store.At last count, there were about 30 of them in my county, five within a five mile radius.
