Here is my "wooden solution". It's cheap (free actually) and no assembly required. It I had the luxury of storing it on concrete, I would add casters. Since some of my implements are stored on dirt, casters wouldn't work well...instead, I just "fork" them around as needed.
A pallet is not my ultimate solution, but works OK for the time being.
