Kioti DK45Se
I am blessed to be able to park my Kioti in my fairly new shop. I built it with my tractor in mind. Have two opposing 9' doors on the long end of the 30X24 shop.

My JD F1445 I keep under a covered shed. I'm wondering does it matter?

My initial thought was to keep from sun/rain exposure to the seats/hoses etc. I know it's not practical for some folks.

So how do you store keep your tractor(s) ?

Seen any adverse effects to storing your tractor in your method?

I keep the Kubota in the barn when not in use. I kept the previous tractor outdoors for 15 yrs and it suffered Sun damage to all rubber, plastic, and vinyl parts. Basically everything from hoses to switches deteriorated.

One third of my barn is like a one-car garage with no door; I had my tractor parked there for the first year I had it.
Rats chewed through a diesel line and so I bought a high-cube 40' shipping container; I park in there now.

In the garage at the house next to my truck. I have a separate shop I keep most of my tools in and a couple cars in.

ALWAYS under a roof, be it in the pole barn or in a shed. That Nevada sun wreaks havoc with paint and rubber.

I keep mine in the barn during the winter, easier to plug in that way, during the summer I keep it outside.

stored in un-heated shed year round. Power available so I keep a NOCO battery charger connected in winter. Out of sun and rain and battery always ready to go in spring.

I kept my diesel mowers and tractor in a shipping container for 20 some years. Now they all reside in my 30x32 pole barn.
I can't stand the thought of parking equipment outside.

I keep mine in a heated garage at 50 degrees, no worries and ready to go.

I keep her parked in a garage, though it doesn't have a door. So, it's out from the rain, but it's not ideal.

Three different spots, all under roof. WM75 with the horse trailer and Mule, TC40DA on one side of the shop, and the 25S and ZTR on the other side.

I feel bad when I leave mine in the un-air conditioned part of my barn. :p

After ten years outdoors;built a 24x32 pole barn three years ago.Unheated but at least out of the weather and plugged in for the winter.Battery tender and block heater when needed.

I used to store mine under a roof, open sides, although the loader hung out in the weather. Now at the new house, I dont have a covered area yet, so it's in the weather.

Does it matter? I know my old Kubuta would absolutely get water in transmission around the gear shifter boot. So, it does matter some.

I will note, Kiotis paint isn't very durable, so maybe cover is needed, and I plan to construct something soon-ish.
