Yeah, but it won't set flat on the bed (too wide) and it's better if you drop the gage wheels off. Couple or three 2x4's will allow it to set canted (up on one side of the bed). The 2x4's will provide some protection of the side rails of the bed.
You won't be able to close the tailgate either.
One nice thing about the Frontier is there are plenty of tie downs.
