Century 3045
So I found out my Century 3045 seat assembly is missing a spring on one side (which explains why it hasn't been the most comfortable ride). I'm awaiting a quote from Branson on an entirely new seat assembly, but that sounds expensive. Of course no one can get just the spring that I need and I live in a small town. I got an online quote of $235 for this stupid seat spring from a custom spring manufacturer, but obviously I'm not doing that.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to find an extension spring?

8" total length. 4" coil length. 1.25" outside diameter. 0.250" wire thickness. opposite hook ends.

Thanks in advance!

+1 on McMaster-Carr. The spring rate in lbs/inch is an important number. McMaster 9654k391 looks close to your dimensions and it's rate is 87.66lb/in. Buy 2 new springs to get a matched set. McMaster can also make custom springs. McMaster-Carr.

Hey, thanks guys! I just ordered a couple of those. Not sure how strong they'll be, but should be good enough. At least for $18, it isn't a big deal if they're not perfect.
