It'll fit fine-I held it in place. It's smaller than my photoshop shows. I grabbed some bolts during my lunch break and will try and mount it tonight.
Looks clean. I went with my original idea of zip tying a tool pouch to my tractor. I have had it on there ever since I started this thread and its worked great. Some thought the tools would come out but that hasn't happened at all. I park my tractor in my garage in the third bay so the pouch doesn't get weathered.
When you open the lid does the lid hit the top of the seat?
No, its mounted on a couple of aluminium bars that has it back enough that with seat full back you can open lid without hitting seat... Look at bottom of box very closely... If you look up from under body three is already two hole in a bracket on sub frame all one has to do is put holes in plastic body to mount bars....

I used the bracket for the SMV sign.
The box has been on there a couple years now and no problems.
The bracket on the tool box is a scrap L bend from some garage door parts...and I put a piece of angle iron inside the tool box.
I also added a pvc tube for my chains and a plywood scabbard for my chainsaw.
Something similar is what I'm thinking.
do you have a bucket? I pull my trailer when going out to cut wood. Saw fits nicely in both.I've been going around and around with ideas on this and nothing really works best for me. need something that can hold 20" chainsaw
most of my cutting is brush that fell that interferes with mowing, so bucket not always on.do you have a bucket? I pull my trailer when going out to cut wood. Saw fits nicely in both.
LOL I honestly thought about something similar. I'll prob do something like an ammo box on side to carry one chain and pliers/adjustable wrench.Guess you could always mount wagon body on hood......
