"Kubota not the most advanced"
By what standard? Kubota is the most noted engine manufacturer for diesel engines under 100 HP. They have the cleanest, quietest, fuel efficient and long running engines. They even meet California's strictest CARB requirements. The engines don't leak and have great HP to torque ratios.
The Kubota hydrostatic system is bullet proof. There isn't a more reliable or modern system in the market.
Four wheel drive, hydraulics, electrical systems, solid and reliable hydraulicly engaged PTOs, and fit and finish are world-class. Kubota is the acknowledged leader in bringing new technology to the market; sub-CUTs, factory cabs, servo-controled hydrostatics, traction sensing four wheel drive, skidsteer quick attach systems, and on and on. Warranty programs and resale put Kubota right up at the top.
I don't know how much more "advanced" you can get. Quite frankly, I would rather see the advances go inside the tractor rather than loading the tractor up with "marketing gimmics" that are more flash than substance.
My Kubota dealer has been in business for almost 60 years. They have sold many different lines of equipment. Their technicians say they have never worked on tractors that are as well-built and reliable as the Kubotas.
Sorry I went on so long on this. It just gets me when someone will consider the new JD 20 series more advanced that the Kubota tractors. It didn't take much imagination to put the same engine (an existing engine they had laying around) in three different tractors, use the 10 series balance of tractor, adjust the HP to provide variety, and charge substancially more for the juiced up ones.
