We had gusts so strong here in Northern Vermont I could hear small branches snap off the windbreak and break against the house. In morning I only found a couple of poplars down. I was hoping for some easy firewood. We thinned out all the sickly and damaged trees a few years back when the remnants of Hurricane Floyd came calling. /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif Now THAT was a storm! Picked up our chicken coop (8ft cube with 12"OC framing to hold up under the weight of snow) and blew it several hundred feet UP-hill! It remained upright, thanks to 6x6 skids, but those poor chickens didn't lay right for several days after! /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif
