Wire unroller

Here is a 3pt hitch unroller, laying on it's side. Sorry, don't know who makes it or anything about it. If you have all the usual steel working tools, it doesn't look hard to copy it if you wanted to make your own.

I just use a piece of pipe chained across the top of the FEL bucket. The pipe sticks out about 3ft. past each side of the bucket. The pipe on the FEL has eye loops mounted on it on the outboard ends. For the roll of wire, I use a piece of 1" pipe welded to an old disc, it also has a loop welded on the end of the pipe. This pipe slides thru the middle of the wire. The roll of wire is stood up and sits on the disc. The pipe and roll of wire are now hooked with a swivel and quick link to the FEL pipe. I can now pickup the roll of wire and drive down the fence row unrolling it. It doesn't get any easier than that.
