It looks like you can lower the lift arms to the ground, roll a log on, then lift it up on the rack? If that is how it works, thats pretty slick. Is it small enough that you can reach out and move the split logs around so you can split them more than once if needed?

To say that is a pretty slick rig would be a understatement. How about a close up of the gauges and control panel.

Put a smoker, grill, generator and a welder on that thing and it would do it all.:thumbsup::laughing:

Yep that's the program .. gauges are simple temp oil psi tach

If you ever think of an upgrade I would replace the wedge with a 4 way (or more) and mount it to a hydraulic cylinder so you could adjust the height for each log quickly. :thumbsup:

I think he ment have the 4 way wedge on the hydraulic log splitter, with a hydraulic adjustment, so you can adjust it for differnt size logs.

Yes I have all the parts made to make a 6 way hyd. Adj wedge ,but haven't had time to fab it to yet .... also have a hyd jib hoist started its just a time thing ..its almost snow plow season so I've been service trucks and plows ...
