I don't think anything from LCI is entering the US any more.
A few posts up, I Googled 'LCI Yanmar' and most of the hits were the lawsuit by Yanmar-USA against several refurb importers.
The result of the lawsuit was only Fredricks was allowed to continue using Yanmar's logo to promote their refurbs. I think everyone else had to pay damages for unauthorized use of the trademarked logo. If the damages were per tractor, the judgement against LCI must have been substantial.
I intend to get into the brakes on the YM2000 I recently bought. Winston1, could you or anyone explain what you meant by "most times shoes can be turned around and get another 30 years." I love it! These really are designed to be maintained with the simple tools a farmer already has.... he just hit it with a flap disk and got the drum resurfaced good enough to last my lifetime.
