That one's very true.
As soon as the power went out, I used to fill two 5 gallon containers for domestic use and I kept a 55 gallon drum permanebtly filled to handle the toilet issue. It's been a lot better since they moved the water tower to higher ground but the containers and drum are still there, ready for action. You just never know ....
