-Specifications:
-CNC machined from 6061 aluminum
-Black hardcoat anodized
-Stainless Steel hardware
-Installs in 5 minutes or less!
-No modifications to the ROPS
-Made in the USA

Very nice, Kenny! Show us how they open to mount to ROPS, please.

Do you think lining it with bicycle inner tube when I install it might reduce chance of chafing and rattles or squeaks?

Well I guess I didn't do my marketing job very well, I though it was obvious how they worked?

There are two halves, they are placed around the ROPS and clamped with bolts. They will not rattle, squeak, or move once tightened, so nothing else is needed.

You know what they say about assuming. Yes, it APPEARS obvious, but it isn't for sure.

For instance, it APPEARS the 2x2 splits along the top edge, while the 2x3 splits in the center. Pics just are not big enough to see for sure. :(

Click the pics, they get bigger. Here is a 2x3 in pieces:

Ken, no disrespect to you but you can’t trademark common names like “ROPS Clamps”. My cousin is a bonafide trademark attorney and he simply shook his head when I showed it to him.

Thank you. :)

Sure.

Here is another picture showing the three pieces, the "top" (with the printing on it) is the same for both clamps, the lower part is different for the 2x2 and 2x3 clamps.

He is not Trademarking the name - he has filed for a PATENT (not the same thing) for the design and use of these specific clamps around the ROPS structure. Trademarks are brand-identity (like iPhone), but with a patent, you could license a single design to several manufacturers and they could all use a different TRADEMARK (brand) name for that same identical design.

Anyone can sell grab hooks, but "Ken's Bolt-On Grab Hooks" are a trademark; ROPS Clamp may or may not be a unique enough name, but "Ken's Bolt-On" (brand) "ROPS Clamps" (product) certainly are.

I just placed an order.

I currently have some u-bolts clamping my light bar to my rops but, to me, it looks like total ****. Functional, but I never liked it. Hopefully this will be a better solution.

I like your idea. Just curious as to the weight rating for each clamp. How much weight can each clamp hold? Would four clamps be enough for a canopy?

I have not been able to test these in that situation yet, so at this time I cannot recommend these for that use.

A canopy imparts a lot of leverage on the mounts, not just from the weight of the canopy itself but from the bouncing around and wind loading if trailered.

I've been searching for these types of clamps for years. Way to go kenny! I will be placing an order very soon.

Seems like there should have been some prices posted here by now so we wouldn't have to go elsewhere to find basic information.
