Ford 4100 4x4
Model Year: 1983
New Zealand Location - Tractor fitted with Twin Hydralic Remotes plus live pressure and return oil port underneath, and a 3 Way front blade (with own continuously live 3 lever control bank). This is an excellently balanced, versatile machine, with good security on steep hill country, and very good Hydralics. Possibly slightly underpowered, and the 3000 series power steering system is only just adequate. Have owned since new, and still very happy with the role it was purchased for. I have developed considerable knowledge of the features and quirks of the model.
Pros: Commonly available machine, so parts etc well available
Cons: Basic, and of limited power - does the job, but could do with some more "Bells and Whilstles".
